Spotter Guide updates:
- When "Use custom car numbers" is disabled, the image generator no longer considers "car_num_12345.tga" files as valid files. This should mimic iRacing behavior with "Hide car numbers" better.
Add setting to enable or disable the 50% fade-out effect for cars that have left the session or are otherwise not in the "world".
