1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Appgineering GbR and customers via our online shop. 2. Conclusion of contract The contract is concluded in German. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. 3. Provision of digital content We offer digital content only. It is made available immediately after successful receipt of payment. No physical delivery takes place. 4. Payment Payment is handled through our payment provider Polar as Merchant of Record. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. 5. Digital content - usage rights When purchasing digital content, you receive a non-transferable right to use the content for personal purposes. Prohibited uses include: - Changing or modifying the content - Copying for third parties - Commercial use or resale - Distribution to unauthorized parties 6. Warranty and liability The warranty period for goods is 12 months from delivery. Our liability for damages is limited, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. 7. Applicable law German law applies to all contracts. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider. 8.
