Who you buy from: Merchant of Record
Your purchase contract is concluded with Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"), acting as reseller and Merchant of Record. Polar processes payment, issues the invoice, and collects and remits any applicable VAT/sales tax. The software itself is produced and supported by Appgineering GbR. Polar's terms apply to the sale; Appgineering's licence terms (AGB) govern your use of the software.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in euros and include statutory VAT. Because VAT depends on your location and status, the final applicable tax is calculated and displayed by Polar at checkout before you confirm. There are no additional shipping costs: all products are digital downloads.
Right of withdrawal for digital content (§ 356 BGB)
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, this right expires once we begin performance (i.e. once the download is provided), provided you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent in the checkout before purchase. Full details are in our Right of Withdrawal policy.
Delivery and licensing
Products are delivered electronically: your subscription is activated on your account immediately after payment is confirmed. Each licence is for one subscriber for the term of the subscription; redistribution of theme packages or tools is not permitted. See our Terms and Conditions for the full licence grant.
Payment and security
Payment is handled entirely on Polar's PCI-DSS-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details. Supported methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and SEPA, subject to availability in your country.
Support, refunds and dispute resolution
Questions about a purchase: info@appgineering.com or our Discord. Refund requests are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record under their refund policy and your statutory rights. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
