New features:
Green/White/Checkers (GWC) should now be supported.
When a GWC occurs, the total lap count will update to reflect the in-sim updated lap count.
Note 1: At the moment, there is no indication that a GWC is in progress since the sim does not output this information.
Note 2: The estimated race time remaining will likely be wrong as there is no way to accurately predict (1) how many GWCs there will be and (2) how long the caution period will take.
