New features:
This build introduces the new ATVO Telemetry Recorder. With the Telemetry Recorder, you can record all the data of a session you are watching, and then play it back at a later date without having to have iRacing running. This simplifies theme development because you don't have to keep finding sessions to spectate, and you can record and re-play situations (such as a pitstop, overtake, etc) to fine-tune your theme.

Bug fixes:
- Improved handling of custom team names and other inputs to avoid crashes due to special characters. Please keep an eye out for especially team names that are not correct.
