Converter Script to Use CSV or Normal Data Binding⁠›››

Need a converter script that will say "If CSV cell is blank, use normal data binding, else use CSV". Just need something to start with since A) the script templates stopped showing up in my theme editor for some reason? and B) not sure how to grab stuff from CSV's using a script.

This would immensely help speed up the process of getting a theme ready for a new broadcast client, as swapping every data binding to a CSV one (especially in large themes) is very time consuming and needs to have everybody in the CSV or else the theme needs to be completed re-exported.

Also bumping this, would cut the time to make a new theme for a league by 75% if we can get a converter script to say "If data binding is blank, display this data binding instead"

This is on my list but it's not so trivial. I will see if I can do it in a quicker way.
