Unable to update ATVO⁠›››

Description: The Launcher is unable to update.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Attempt to install ATVO for the first time, or attempt to update ATVO
2. Notice it gives the error prescribed in the image attached.

Expected behaviour: This should not be happening.

Just as an aside, might want to look at the avatars on the forums, according to my end (and on two other geo-isolated machines), the avatars are currently broken.
