Adding custom sound file to ATVO⁠›››

Guys,

I am looking at a way to add sound files that are driverID.wav that I want to call based on followed. I can do this easily with pictures. Wondering if this can be done via a VB or C# script? Simply data set for DriverId and the script plays associated wav.

I created a script that will do this when tested in ATVO Theme editor but it appears everything is preloaded when ATVO starts. I need to be able to execute the script passing DriverID when called only.
