I have been using the old NDI v1 but want to switch over to using the NDI recorder. However, when I click "Start NDI" in the NDI recorder I get the attached error. Any suggestions?

You are most likely not on the required version of Windows. You need to be at least on version "2004" and a specific OS Build. Can you write your version here? You can find it by running "winver" command or through your "My computer" properties.
Also please try updating Windows if there are any updates available.
